* In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 60 days of the order date.

For orders sent to Honduras, please note: You must be of legal age (+18 years), and must have RTN (Tax id) to clear the shipment once it arrives in Honduras. Your shipments will be held by the Honduran customs for their respective process of release and payment of duties and taxes (Additional costs will be associated).

Orders sent to Kenya may be charged with tariffs according to the policy of Kenya Customs. If you have any questions, please contact us.

According to Colombian customs policy, your package may incur additional taxes. In order for us to deliver your package on time, please cooperate with customs and logistics providers to pay the package tax and complete customs clearance.

Due to COVID-19, shipments to the below countries have been prohibited. Unfortunately, we will have to stop our services and shipments temporarily. Once we have clearance to ship again, we will notify you immediately.
